We would like to let you know that we have improved the private message tabs to enhance security and make it easier to identify legitimate communications.
You will now see a large yellow box in the Mundigames and Received tabs explaining who the messages are from. It is very important to stay alert!

In the Mundigames tab, you get only messages from our official moderators. We never ask you to share your password.

In the Received tab, you get messages from friends and other players. Our moderators do NOT send anything to this tab. If someone messages you there claiming to be a moderator, do NOT respond or give your information.
And remember: we will never offer promotions or ask for your password through the game chat or email. Our official emails always end with @tangelogames.
If you spot any suspicious messages, please report them immediately to the support team.
